Create a document on the work I'm going to do

I have to create a document on what knowledge management can do for businesses and then specifically for large businesses. Because it means that the enterprise or the business has to turn into a social learning organisation. It is the only way a company can be competitive in the future. Especially since everything will be a service in the future. People have to realize that companies deliver services and that to deliver the best services you must have aware employees who can respond in the right way to their relations. This can only happen when the leaders of a company are aware of what is happening in society and what role they play. What does this mean for the shareholder i.e. knowledge management is also something for shareholders and stakeholders.
