In the US a company has teamed up with Zagat in providing customer reports on physicians. Wonder what this will mean. On the one hand I think it is a good development. With the access to knowledge that internet provides people can find out more for themesleves. On physicians as well as healthcare.
But not everyone is ready to take on that responsibility. And it must not lead to some sort of a free for all self service healthcare. On the other hand this gives the individual at least some power when dealing with the experts.
