The problem is that there are too many variables. Just take the English language alone. The way a Chinese person speaks English has different semantics in comparison to an native American English speaker from Texas. Then take all the different languages and semantics into account. Put jargon and slang in the mix and you know the whole idea of a semantic web with natural language is nonsense. No computer algorithm can at this time imitate the way a human being learns language. This goes into the domain of Artificial Intelligence. Something that has been researched quite some time now and till the greates realization is that the way a person learns is very hard to imitate with computers.
