An online availability solution?

I work as a a product manager at www.mcxess.com. I am responsible for the development, deployment and promotion of a new self-service product in  availability. An online availability solution.

Sounds nice, but what is an availability solution? Basically: a phone number which people can call to receive information or buy a product or service.

Menu
Next to that it offers mucht more. Everyone knows the menu you get when you call a large organization: "Press 1 to speak with sales ..." It sounds strange, but to set up this kind of product you need complex technology and consultants . Which of course is costly. Therefore, you get these kind of menus only in larger organizations or in businesses where calling is the most important activity. All other organizations connect phone calls directly to someone, maybe even a receptionist or voicemail. And often the call is not answered or not responded to. A shame, because no contact is a missed (sales) opportunity.


Our solution

The availability solution that we are developing at MCXess called Callflow (Ssshhh .. do not tell this is still a secret name) is going to change that all. In a simple and affordable way professionals and small sized companies can also have an efficient availability solution. Now every size company can have an availability solution that fits their needs.

How does it work?
Think of a phone number with the ability to choose from a menu what happens next. Like of course being connected to the right person or department, but also play a self-recorded audio message. Or the sending of an SMS or e-mail to the caller. These simple actions can be easily configured in the web app, but also more complex "call flows" can be realized if necessary.

What can it do? 
Everyone their own IVR menu!
Callflow has almost the same possibilities of expensive consultancy services. Now very small organizations can have a professional availability solution at their fingertips starting from a few euros a week. This is done by casting all common IVR solutions (difficult word for call menu) into a simple and easy to understand web application. It is completely self-service for which no support is needed.

Scalable

Moreover, Callflow is designed in such a way that depending on the requirements and the size of an organization, the features can be adjusted. So you can choose from various packages. A simple package fits a freelancer, while more feature packed packages are also applicable for small companies. Callflow can also grow with an organization. And in the more comprehensive packages there is an option to have more support. So we are ready to grow with you!
